Now That’s a Great Idea!

The idea came to her in December of 2007. Julie Echols was searching for a new career direction. She wanted to pursue something different. Full of boundless energy and a keen creative mind, she was after something that would tap into her special skills and resources.

Julie graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. She pursued work in the buying offices of two top department stores in fashion jewelry and sportswear. Next, her flair and sharp business sense landed her a job as one of the youngest buyers of lighting and home accessories with a major West Coast fine furniture chain.

Definitely a people person, Julie has been successfully involved recruiting for top firms the past 20 years. As you can imagine, she has always been on the go. Communication is key to her business, and a frustration sparked a need that fed a great idea.

Julie realized it was really difficult finding her wireless mobile headset after she had taken it off her ear and tossed it in her purse. While rummaging to find it at the bottom of her bag, she was missing important calls. Also the headset was making calls without her knowledge. She knew it was the law to have a hands-free phone while driving, but it was dangerous trying to find it again if it was taken off.
